Ordering Your Washin Wagon Line – How It Works

At Washin Wagon, we pride ourselves on making the process of ordering your new clothesline simple, personal, and efficient. Here’s a quick look at what happens from the moment you get in touch to the day your line is delivered to its forever home.

Step 1: Personal Consultation
Once you reach out, Cathal will give you a call to chat through your specific needs. Together, you’ll discuss the best size and style of line to suit your household, accessibility at your home (including whether the line needs to be built on site if space is limited), your location within the country, and a rough timeline for when your line will be ready. Delivery is available nationwide, with an additional fee depending on location.

Step 2: Building Your Line
After confirming the details, we get to work. We purchase the steel, cut it to size and shape, weld it together, and drill all the required holes. This fabrication stage usually takes just a couple of days.

Step 3: Galvanising for Durability
Next, the frame heads off to the dipping plant to be hot-dip galvanised, ensuring long-lasting protection against the elements. This stage typically has a two-week turnaround.

Step 4: Assembly & Finishing Touches
Once galvanising is complete, we collect the line and bring it back to our workshop. Here, we carefully assemble the louvre boards, polycarbonate roof, line, wheels, and any additional parts, bringing your Washin Wagon line to life.

Step 5: Delivery to Your Home
Finally, we get in touch to arrange a delivery date, load up your line onto our trailer, and deliver it to its new home—ready for years of reliable use.
